When the majority of your thoughts revolve around food then it’s a sign of food restriction and deprivation.
These thoughts can become all-encompassing and leave little room for meaningful thoughts, feelings and emotions, hobbies, careers and relationships.
Remember your health is much more than the food you eat, but you need to feed your brain and body to get the most out of it!
