How can we support you?
Your first appointment will be a nutritional assessment which allows your dietitian to get an understanding of your lifestyle, clinical status, weight history, dietary intake, eating pattern, and beliefs about food. The aim of dietetic input is to provide nutrition education, support, and specialist advice to improve physical and mental health. It might seem like many questions are being asked but it’s not to be intrusive, its vital for a thorough nutritional assessment and will enable a tailored treatment plan to be devised.
Please be aware that meal plans are not included but can be requested.
